DB Utility partners with your city/utility to replace or upgrade water meters. We are an authorized contractor working on behalf of your utility. Our crews are uniformed, trained, and background‑checked.

How the Meter Upgrade Works

1

Appointment

You’ll receive a notice from your utility with a date/time window or instructions to schedule online/phone.

2

Arrival & ID

Our technician arrives in a DB Utility uniform and vehicle. Ask to see their photo ID badge at any time.

3

Replacement

We shut off water briefly (typically 15–30 minutes) to remove the old meter and install the new one.

4

Verification

We test the meter, capture photos/GPS, and update records so billing is accurate. Water service is restored.
